Would you like to contact me to discuss a legal issue, or perhaps to ask about retaining my services? Here’s a little more background information about me and a few things to consider before you write.
I am a commercial litigator admitted to practice in the State of Michigan and several federal courts across the country. I’m a partner at the law firm of Warner Norcross & Judd LLP. Warner has several offices throughout Michigan, but we represent clients nationwide and around the world. Ours is a full-service firm with large practice groups serving a wide variety of business needs, including intellectual property, immigration, and corporate law (just to name a few). You can visit Warner’s website for more information.
I was admitted to practice law in 1999, after graduating second in my class from Case Western University School of Law and serving as a law clerk to the Hon. Alice M. Batchelder of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. I practiced at the law firm of Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP from 2000-2016, after which I moved my practice to Warner. I have been privileged to work with a wide variety of learned colleagues and interesting clients throughout my career. You can read my full professional bio here.
With the understanding that you are NOT a client of our firm unless and until we enter into a retainer agreement — and that for this reason you should not, among other things, transmit any confidential information or any communication you would only share with your lawyer — you may contact me if you would like to correspond regarding any aspect of our practice, including possibly representing you, using this form:
